Overview:  The Whirl Wind airboat propeller systems come with graphite composite wide blades, and are offered in two, three, and four blade configurations. They are suitable for aircraft and auto engines with horsepower ranging from 125hp to 1000hp, and are available in both right-hand and left-hand rotation.

Blade Construction: The composite blades of the Whirl Wind propeller system have been designed using proven aerospace engineering methods, and are constructed out of graphite and fiberglass to create the lightest and strongest composite airboat propeller available. Each blade is equipped with a long compound curve nickel leading edge to maximize the protection of the blade.

Thick Nickel Leading:  The Leading edge covers over the end of the tip. Nickel is twice as hard as stainless steel, and has superior abrasion and impact resistance.

Solid Composite Tip:  the 2" solid tip will provide unparalleled impact resistance, and can be trimmed back in the field in an emergency.

Life Time Balance: All Whirl Wind blades come with Life Time Balance.

Hub Construction:  Each QuickChange hub by Whirl Wind is machined from solid aerospace Aluminum Alloy using state-of-the-art CNC machining and quality control methods. Whirl Wind incorporates advanced digital measurement tools accurate to 40 millionths of an inch to ensure consistent high quality products for its costumers. Fit and finish of the hubs are in a class of their own. All hubs are available in standard aluminum finish as well as the new black anodized finish with custom engraving.
